Tom Augustyniak - Founder and Owner of Zen Massage Center received his Masters Degree in Physical Education in Wroclaw, Poland in 1985. In 1999 Tom graduated with honors from Helma Institute of Massage Therapy in Saddle Brook, NJ. The same year, he founded Zen Massage Center. From 1999 to 2008 Tom taught Western massage and Shiatsu at Helma Institute of Massage Therapy. In 2001, Tom started studying Shiatsu with Master Ohashi. Two years later he graduated from the Ohashi Institute in NYC. Tom has been teaching Ohashiatsu students since 2005. He has been  a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist since 2000 and a member of the ABMP since 1999. For over 30 years Tom has also been an accomplished practitioner of Judo, receiving a 3rd degree black belt and 10 medals in National Championship, including a gold medal in 2008. In 2009 he won a bronze medal in Pan-American Championship. Years of experience in physical education, coaching, and teaching have given Tom a very deep understanding of the human body and enhanced his ability to treat sports and repetitive stress injuries as well as use massage to help his clients maintain or regain good health.

Lorraine Marchese is a Massage Therapist and Acupressure Practitioner. She is a graduate and also a former instructor of the Helma Institute of Massage Therapy, where she taught Fundamentals of Massage, Reflexology, and Medical Massage, both basic and advanced. Lorraine maintains a Certified Practitioner membership with ABMP. She also has a Cosmetology License and is a Certified Personal Trainer. Lorraine specializes in Medical Massage and Reflexology.
