Born in Poland in 1961, Tom Augustyniak received his Masters in Physical Education in Wroclaw, Poland in 1985. In 1997 he moved to the United States. In 1999 Tom graduated with honors from Helma Institute of Massage Therapy. A Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and a member of the ABMP, Tom began teaching Shiatsu and Swedish Massage at the Helma Institute. He continued to study Shiatsu with Master Ohashi and graduated from the Ohashi Institute in 2003. For over 30 years Tom has also been an accomplished practitioner of Judo, receiving 3rd degree black belt and 10 medals in National Championship of Poland and the US, including gold medal in 2008. Years of experience in physical education, coaching, and teaching have given Tom a very deep understanding of the human body and enhanced his ability to treat sports and repetitive stress injuries as well as use massage to help his clients maintain good health.

Fran Ellman, a Licensed Massage Therapist and graduate of New York’s Swedish Institute of Massage, has practiced in Bergen County for more than 20 years. She owned and operated the Teaneck Massage Center from 1987 to 2001 and the Therapeutic Massage Center in Maywood from 2001 to 2006.
In addition to her years of experience and extensive background working with a diverse population of all ages and various physical conditions, Fran creates a relaxing environment that is conducive to healing.
